1. Return Policy (7 Days)

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging and tags
  • Must have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

⚠️ Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please check your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • The wrong item

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures so we can resolve the issue quickly.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
  • To get a different item, return your product (if eligible) and place a new order.
